My first and second I didn't play more than an hour or so each time, while trying to get the hang of control and camera. But after that, it's really hard to stop. It's basically an RPG I've always wished every RPG I played to be. It's not perfect yet though. It really could use a better navigation UI, I understand the desire to keep interface minimum, but damn, at least make it an option. I felt like I was playing Shadow of Colossus, except the world is 100x bigger. The equip menu is way too minimalist. I wish there's a way to easily compare what you're wearing with other item in inventory.

The best part of the game so far? MY HOUSE! I got it solely because I want to hoard things. I just wish you could really decorate it though, I'm thinking something like realistic version of Animal Crossing house. How awesome that would be? Maybe a DLC? :D

I'm really happy to be living in such a karaoke-fiend area, otherwise they'd kick my ass a long time ago from a random burst of karaoke evening.

I know it's cliche to have a new year resolution, and most people couldn't keep it. There's something about talking making you feel like you already accomplish something, thus less doing. However, I have two simple goals in mind, not necessarily a resolution, more like a guideline for the rest of the year.

First, I want to churn out more comics. More short stories and pitch longer story, as well as an occasional webcomic. In 2011 I banked too much of my work on trying to find publishers/freelance gig, this year I want to just finish a lot of comics and get them out of me, publishers or no.

Second, I want to be able to do calculus by the end of this year. Maths have always been my mortal enemy, and I really want to conquer it, there's no other reason.
