It’s hard to overstate my satisfaction

Remember that I entered kodansha manga competition?
I’m in the list of ‘Selections of the initial screening‘!!!!!
I supposed you could say it’s a list of finalists of sort (I dreaded that word), with 31 entries in it, it’s quite a big list, I wonder how many entries they have received, but I’m happy enough with this right now. My friend is also on the list too! her name is right next to mine, which is a warm and fuzzy coincident, considered that the list is kinda in random order.
The final result will be announced in April, I’m glad I’m riding deadline hardcore right now, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to do anything but worrying over this.

I’m proud of you. Just the fact that the people at Kodansha picked you means you created something impressive. I’m sure there were many entries, more than the first most likely as word of the competition spread. And judging from what I could find of the finalists, you’re in good company.

Congratulations Shari, this is great news!!! I know you worked really hard on your competition piece and it certainly paid off. I’m really glad for Natcha too, it’s cool that you’re listed alongside one another. ^_^ Best of luck with the finals, just a couple of months until you find out for sure!
